About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic WordPress Developer (Fresher) who is passionate about building dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress fundamentals and the ability to convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into responsive WordPress themes.
Implement custom themes and plugins when required.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and senior developers for project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in WordPress development.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites.
Knowledge of Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders is a plus.
Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Understanding of basic SEO practices.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge/skills).
Freshers with a strong passion for WordPress and web development are welcome.
Internship or academic project experience in WordPress / Figma-to-HTML is an added advantage.
