Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled WordPress Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, as well as in handling website migration, maintenance, and optimization.
Your responsibilities will include full-cycle WordPress development from setup and configuration to deployment and ongoing support.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is essential, along with experience using version control tools such as Git.
Familiarity with modern development workflows, including local development environments and deployment strategies, is a must.
A key part of the role will involve migrating websites from non-WordPress CMS platforms such as Grav.
This includes not only transferring data but also replicating configurations, ensuring performance optimization, and maintaining SEO best practices throughout the process.
You must have a strong understanding of website architecture and responsive design principles to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Performance optimization techniques and best practices for WordPress, such as caching, image optimization, and efficient database usage, should be second nature to you.
Experience with managing WordPress updates, handling plugins, applying security standards, and using backup tools is highly desirable.
Youll also be expected to troubleshoot issues effectively, communicate clearly with clients or internal teams, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience is required.
The role demands not only technical expertise but also excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
