WordPress Developer Intern

As an Intern WordPress Developer at our digital marketing and business consulting company based in Kamothe, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced team to enhance your skills and gain practical experience in web development. Over a period of 3 months, you will receive a stipend of 5000/- per month while working full-time hours under the guidance of the Web Development Manager/Tech Lead. In this role, you will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress websites. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of new WordPress websites and landing pages, customization of themes and plugins, troubleshooting website issues, optimizing for speed, performance, and SEO, updating existing content, and collaborating with designers and content teams for seamless integration. To excel in this position, you should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, along with familiarity with WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins. Knowledge of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, website performance, and SEO concepts is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team are key attributes we are looking for. While experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi is preferred, knowledge of tools such as Figma, Canva, or other design tools, as well as basic Git/version control, would be advantageous.
