WordPress Developer & Google Ads Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable WordPress Developer + Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. This role requires someone who is confident working independently, fluent in English, and experienced in both website development and digital advertising. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using themes or page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and implement bidding strategies Monitor landing pages and campaign performance to improve conversions Collaborate with content and creative teams for ad and website alignment Track and report performance metrics using Google Analytics and relevant tools Maintain website content updates and basic SEO best practices Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development and Google Ads management Strong understanding of ad platforms, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking Proficient in Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and campaign reporting Fluent in English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in meetings and messages Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have with Google Ads?
