WordPress Developer (Fresher)

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Junior WordPress Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of WordPress development and a keen interest in building high-quality websites. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Support customization of websites using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and the Gutenberg Block Editor.
• Make minor plugin modifications or support integrations as per project needs.
• Ensure basic responsiveness and accessibility compliance across devices.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with overseas clients to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and support optimization under senior guidance.
• Work closely with senior developers and designers to translate concepts into functional websites.
• Manage assigned tasks responsibly and deliver within agreed timelines.

Key Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable communicating with international clients.
• Basic understanding of:
• WordPress theme and plugin development/customization
• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
• Gutenberg Editor
• Responsive design practices
• Strong willingness to learn and grow under mentorship.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
