Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for design and performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites. Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues. Optimize websites for speed and SEO best practices. Work closely with designers, marketers, and content teams. Perform regular website updates, backups, and security checks. Implement third-party integrations (payment gateways, CRM, APIs). Manage hosting environments and basic server configurations. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS. Experience with custom themes and plugins. Basic understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders. Knowledge of SEO principles and website performance optimization. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Version control systems like Git (optional but preferred). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce plugins. Basic knowledge of MySQL and database management. Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX in WordPress. Experience with website migration and deployment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
