Our digital-first approach demands a strong online presence, and we are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our growing in-house team to build and maintain high-performance websites and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage responsive WordPress websites.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional websites.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement bug fixes and upgrades.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain website security and backups.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce and custom API integrations.
• Exposure to Adobe XD, Figma, or other design tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with engineering or technical services websites is a plus.
