WordPress Content Manager & Site Operator (Remote)

The Role:
We are building a scalable B2B digital asset and require a WordPress Specialist to oversee the technical launch and content operations.

We are looking for a capable "Operator" who can handle the full stack: from server configuration to the final editorial polish of the blog posts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Build & Performance

• The Setup: Deploy a fresh WordPress installation on our hosting.
• The Theme: Configure GeneratePress for optimal reading experience and fast load times. We avoid heavy, slow page builders.
• The Structure: Implement a clean site architecture (Permalinks, Categories, Menus) designed for SEO.

2. Content Workflow & Formatting

• Drafting: Generate content drafts using provided AI prompts.
• Visual Formatting: You are the quality control filter. You must format posts to be engaging and readable.
• Requirements: Clear H-Tag hierarchy (H2/H3), comparison tables, and pros/cons lists.
• Media: Locate and insert relevant interface screenshots for the software reviews.
• Standards: Ensure the content looks professional and trustworthy, not generic.

3. SEO & Launch Operations

• Search Engine Setup: Install RankMath, configure Schema settings, and generate the XML Sitemap.
• Indexing: Connect the site to Google Search Console and confirm successful crawling.
• Health Check: Verify the site has no broken links or technical errors upon launch.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Builder: You have launched niche sites before and understand the "Affiliate" business model.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with WordPress settings, plugins, and basic CSS if needed.
• Design-Conscious: You understand that whitespace and typography matter for keeping readers on the page.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹200,600.00 per month
