As a Womens Wear Designer at Blue Tyga Fashions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading the creation of trend-led womens apparel collections in the fast fashion segment. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery, conducting market research for design inspiration, developing sketches and tech packs, and participating in seasonal collection planning and reviews. You will need to ensure that designs meet brand standards, quality requirements, and cost constraints. Key Responsibilities: - Design innovative and trend-driven womens wear collections. - Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and production teams for timely delivery. - Conduct market research and analyze competitor products for design inspiration. - Develop sketches, tech packs, and specifications for production. - Participate in seasonal collection planning and creative reviews. - Ensure designs meet brand standards, quality requirements, and cost constraints. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Womens Wear Designer in fast fashion brands (e.g., Zara, H&M). - Strong creative, trend forecasting, and design skills. - Proficiency in design software and garment construction knowledge. - Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
