Role Overview

The Women’s Wear Designer – Fast Fashion will lead the creation of trend-led women’s apparel collections, focusing on fast fashion cycles, customer preferences, and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and trend-driven women’s wear collections.
• Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products for design inspiration.
• Develop sketches, tech packs, and specifications for production.
• Participate in seasonal collection planning and creative reviews.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, quality requirements, and cost constraints.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Women’s Wear Designer in fast fashion brands (e.g., Zara, H&M).
• Strong creative, trend forecasting, and design skills.
• Proficiency in design software and garment construction knowledge.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
