About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional and integration testing of Infios WMS across Inbound and Outbound modules.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Execute manual and automated test cases to validate business processes and system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, and project managers) to ensure quality delivery.
Identify, document, and track defects; follow through on resolution.
Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams on WMS testing best practices.
Support UAT and production validation activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience in WMS testing, with specific expertise in Infios (Krber / HighJump).
Strong understanding of WMS processes including receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
Proven experience creating and maintaining detailed test cases and documentation.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
