Job Summary

WMS Developer

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

Design, develop, and customize WMS solutions based on business requirements
Configure inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch workflows
Develop enhancements, reports, and interfaces within the WMS platform

Integration & Automation

Integrate WMS with
ERP, TMS, OMS, RFID, barcode scanners, conveyors, and automation systems
Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and batch jobs for data exchange
Ensure real-time and accurate inventory synchronization

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide L2/L3 application support for WMS-related issues
Perform root cause analysis and fix system defects
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

Testing & Deployment

Prepare test cases and perform unit, integration, and UAT testing
Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization
Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
