Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Wiring & Controls Engineer with 13 years of hands-on experience in control panel wiring, electrical layouts, and basic control system integration. The candidate will assist in the design, wiring, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and preparation of wiring diagrams and control panel layouts.
• Carry out panel wiring and field wiring as per the electrical drawings.
• Install and connect sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, and VFDs.
• Support the team during testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics and layout diagrams.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and update any wiring changes or revisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for materials and execution.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of control panels, switchgear, and electrical components.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Hands-on experience in panel wiring, crimping, and cable routing.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control devices (advantage).
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to travel for site work or commissioning activities.

Preferred Knowledge / Tools

• AutoCAD Electrical (basic level)
• MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Basic understanding of PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider)

• Safety practices and standards in industrial electrical work

Work Environment

• Shop floor and field installation environments
• May require travel to client sites for installation and commissioning
• Must follow safety protocols at all times
