Winter Intern - Engine Design

We're on the lookout for curious & energetic winter interns to join our team in AIC IT Delhi Research Facilities.

Company Description

Praakrit Energy & Technologies is focused on developing innovative solutions in green & alternate energy using principles of Thermodynamics.

The startup in incubated in IIT Delhi, and addresses the underserved green & alternate energy market, to build engines that work by harnessing solar heat to generate electricity and provide energy storage options for homes and industries.

Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize, design and manufacture heat engines right from scratch

2. Conduct simulations and modelling using software to optimize thermal performance

3. Carry out literature survey as and when need arises

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 months internship duration, extendable up to 6
• Preferably, students in final year either in Bachelors or Master's programs
• Very strong Mechanical Engineering and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills
• Good communication skills
• Practical hands-on experience building projects
• Job location - AIC IIT-Delhi (Sonipat)
