"• Lead day-to-day operations of the Wintel tower, including incident, problem, and change management.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all Windows servers (physical and virtual).

• Manage and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related infrastructure services.

• Oversee patching, upgrades, capacity planning, and health checks of Wintel environments.

• Collaborate with storage, network, backup, and virtualization teams for cross-domain activities.

• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and organizational compliance standards.

• Handle major incident escalations and coordinate root cause analysis.

• Plan and execute server migrations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.

• Review performance metrics, SLAs, and prepare operational reports.

• Mentor and guide Wintel engineers, providing technical direction and support.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to review performance and plan improvement initiatives."
