Wintel - L2

As a Wintel System Admin L2, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of WINTEL systems. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Routine testing and analysis of security safeguards to ensure compliance. - Monitoring and verifying security controls and implementing operational components. - Managing security accounts and endpoints on servers by creating, suspending, and deleting them. - Resolving problems in compliance with established procedures. - Implementing planned changes such as server configuration, upgrades, and repairs. - Responding to client requests based on contractual conditions. - Developing and updating procedures and operational documentation. - Implementing solutions, modifications, installations, and maintenance tasks as required. - Operating within guidelines, policies, and procedures with minimal supervision. Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B. Tech/BCA/Graduate/Diploma (Onsite) - 5+ years of relevant experience - ITIL Certified - OEM Certified in Minimum One Technology - Exposure to Windows Servers, IIS & Active Directory administration Key Skills: - Proactive monitoring and administration - Working knowledge of Windows OS platforms (2012R2, 2016, 2019 & 2022) - Administration skills on different roles like Domain WINS DNS DHCP IIS WSUS - Knowledge of Disk & Storage, File & Print Server Management, Terminal Services, RAID Administration, NTFS, and troubleshooting issues - Understanding of OS migration concepts - Microsoft Windows failover Cluster installation and configuration - Performance fine-tuning and Server RAID configurations - File Server, Print Server, FTP & SFTP services management - Active Directory, DNS services, Azure AD, and VMware - Technical documentation writing skills - Good communication skills for customer and technical calls - Knowledge of ITIM and Incident, Service, Change, and Problem management processes You will also be expected to support the L1 team wherever necessary.,
