Windows Systems Engineer III

You will be responsible for building, managing, maintaining, and providing engineering and administrative support for core Microsoft Windows servers on both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. Your role will also involve supporting corporate unified communications systems such as MS Hybrid Exchange, MS Teams, and M365 across our global infrastructure. - Implement and operate tactical plans aligned with management-defined strategies to meet corporate, divisional, and team goals - Continuously improve service delivery to internal and external customers - Develop, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Servers (Server 2012-current) - Patch and support Windows server systems in all global locations - Create, maintain, and enhance documentation for processes, architecture, and infrastructure elements - Advance process automation wherever possible - 5+ years of experience managing Windows systems (Server 2012 R2 and later) - 2+ years of experience supporting MS Exchange, Teams, and M365 - Demonstrated support experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services - Strong decision-making, judgment, and initiative skills - Preferred experience in global infrastructure support and projects - Preferred scripting/coding/automation experience - Exposure to other IT areas like Networking, Firewalls, Mimecast, and VMWare is helpful for troubleshooting - Knowledge of Splunk for reporting purposes - Experience in a secure physical and virtual Windows server environment - Familiarity with PCI requirements, vulnerability scan remediation, and controls is desired - Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificates/experience required; ITIL certification preferred,
