As a Security Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance to the delivery team regarding PCI requirements specific to the Channel of trade and local legislation. Your role will involve supporting delivery teams in designing, building, and operating innovative IT solutions that incorporate appropriate security measures to meet compliance standards. Additionally, you will offer advice on PCI testing programs and work closely with an appointed QSA & central Digital Security team to coordinate input for the yearly audit process. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that PCI compliance issues are well-understood and that agreed remediation plans are in place. You will also be expected to report on PCI compliance activities and status to broader Security & Compliance teams. Identifying and managing any new emerging requirements, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on leveraging AI and automation for enhanced control effectiveness and efficiency, will be crucial aspects of your role. To thrive in this position, you should possess a tertiary level education or equivalent relevant work experience. Your background should demonstrate experience in supporting global IT teams to implement and maintain security controls for PCI compliance, particularly within a large-scale global organization serving retail businesses. A deep understanding of global PCI requirements and practical experience in implementing security controls to meet these standards is essential. Previous experience in delivering compliance, audit, or testing programs, along with a proven track record of forming effective partnerships with digital teams and stakeholders, will be beneficial. While not mandatory, possessing a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification with over 8 years of Security Experience would be advantageous. Additionally, having excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills will contribute to your success in this role.,
