Role Overview: As a Windows System Administrator at IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Windows-based infrastructure. Your role is crucial in ensuring the stability, security, and high performance of the IT systems. You should have hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, MS SQL Server, and system monitoring tools. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). - Manage server roles and features including DHCP, DNS, IIS, and File Services. - Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and system upgrades. - Manage user accounts, groups, GPOs, and OU structures in Active Directory. - Configure and troubleshoot DNS zones, records, and replication issues. - Deploy and manage web applications hosted on IIS. - Monitor, secure, and optimize IIS performance. - Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances. - Perform database backups, restores, and performance tuning. - Monitor SQL Server health and proactively resolve issues. - Use monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, SCOM, or Nagios. - Configure alerts and dashboards for server health, performance, and uptime. - Generate periodic reports and logs for audits and internal reviews. - Implement security best practices across all servers and services. - Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards. - Manage antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection solutions. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator. - Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, and MS SQL Server. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools. - Certification in relevant technologies such as MCSA or MCSE would be advantageous.
