Windows Specialist/Engineer

Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience as an NPI, OS/HW/SW, or Sr. IT Endpoint Engineer focusing on Windows OS integration and hardware management. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience with Microsoft Windows OS, hardware components, troubleshooting technical issues, and enterprise environments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to oversee feature implementation, manage technical issues, and ensure successful Windows OS installation and configuration.
