Job Description

Role : Windows Desktop & Virtualization Engineer

Location : Chennai,

Mode : Work from Office

Timings : 2pm to 11pm

JD:

Key Responsibilities

Engineer and support Windows 10/11 desktop environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for Windows device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Design, implement, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix Workspace environments, including image management and application delivery.
Manage and optimize Windows 365 Cloud PCs, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of desktop and virtual environment tasks.
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement Zero Trust and modern device management principles.
Provide Level 3 support for complex Windows and virtualization issues and mentor junior engineers.
Maintain documentation for engineering standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the Windows desktop and virtualization experience.
