Role Overview:

Windows OS L3 Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

L3 support for
Windows Server (2012/2016/2022)
Support & mentor
L1/L2 teams
, handle major incidents & RCA
Manage & troubleshoot
Active Directory, ADFS, Azure SSO
Ensure system availability, capacity & DR drills
Automate routine tasks (PowerShell/Ansible)
Maintain SOPs, KBase & Infra documentation
Azure application & identity integrations

Skills & Tools:

Windows Server, Active Directory
Azure AD, ADFS, SSO
SCOM, SCCM, Automation/Scripting
Cloud knowledge:
Azure / AWS

Certifications (Preferred):

Microsoft Certified:
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Azure or AWS Fundamentals / Admin / Architect
