• Good hands on experience in Windows Server, VMWare-VCF, Patching and Vulnerability Management

Essential:

• Key Responsibilities:

• Windows Server Administration

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.

• Patch & Vulnerability Management

• Plan and execute OS patching cycles using tools like

  WSUS

  ,

  SCCM

  , or

  Intune

  .
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation based on security advisories.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools like

  SCOM

  or equivalent.
• Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting.
• Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills.
• Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in

  Windows Server administration

• Strong knowledge of

  Active Directory

  Group Policy

  Windows security

• Expertise in

  patch management tools

  (WSUS, SCCM) and vulnerability remediation.
• Familiarity with

  PowerShell scripting

  for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
