Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

IT Infrastructure Engineer

to manage and support

on-premise and cloud-based systems

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory management, networking, and automation

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, install, test, and maintain IT infrastructure at client sites.
Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues.
Log, analyze, and escalate support calls while ensuring timely resolution.
Investigate third-line support incidents and identify root causes.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for issue resolution when needed.
Provide
onsite technical support
and field engineering services to clients.
Conduct regular
incident and service request reviews
to enhance quality.
Identify and implement
automation opportunities
for work optimization.
Lead and manage IT projects within assigned technology domains.
Implement and manage
Disaster Recovery (DR) functions and tests
.

Technical Expertise:

Windows/Linux Administration:
- Installation, troubleshooting, and patch management.
- Experience with
  Microsoft Outlook (2007/10/13/16), Office 365, and PST backup management
  .
- Data backup and recovery strategies.
Active Directory & Authentication Services:
- AD domain controller migration (2008 to 2019).
- Implementation, administration, backup, and restoration.
- Managing
  Group Policies, OU structures, and Global Catalog servers
  .
- DNS, AD replication, FSMO roles, ADFS, and DFS administration
  .
- User management, NTFS security, disk quotas, and access rights.
Networking & Security:
- Configuring and troubleshooting
  TCP/IP, DNS, and domain connectivity
  .
- Managing
  firewalls, policies, and authentication mechanisms
  .
Scripting & Automation:
- PowerShell scripting (intermediate to advanced level)
  for automation.
- Hands-on experience in real-time
  PowerShell automation projects
  .
Problem Management & RCA:
- Provide detailed
  Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  for major incidents.
- Drive long-term solutions for
  recurring P1 issues
  .

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience in handling
Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise IT environments
.
