Windchill Lead

As an experienced Windchill PLM professional with over 10 years of experience, you will be expected to possess the following competencies: - Open-minded and honest, with a strong focus on teamwork. - Passionate about understanding user frustrations and business opportunities. - Committed to software excellence and staying updated with new technologies. - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members including IT Architects, Developers, Analysts, and Quality Assurance. - Flexibility to work across different areas such as Analysis, development, architecture, and testing. - Proficient in Agile Practices with a professional approach to work. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with complete proficiency in English. - Proactive in proposing changes to improve software efficiency and reduce operational costs. - Skilled at understanding complex issues, identifying opportunities and risks, and highlighting risks that may arise from not addressing end user needs in business decisions. In terms of specific software knowledge, you should have deep expertise in the following areas: - Windchill PLM customizations and configuration. - Windchill CAD publication and ATB Conversion framework & solutions. - Working with Restful and MQ integration services. - Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, JSP, Java Script, XML. - Knowledge of ORACLE, GIT, Jira, Maven, DevSecOps. - Experience with test automation and working in a Linux setup. - Taking ownership for PTC support/ticket follow. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have knowledge in the following areas: - Experience in performance and integration testing. - Professional experience in manual testing. - Full stack mindset with test-driven development or test-first programming experience. - Understanding of Volvo Windchill PLM landscape & capability. - Sharing insights from other customer implementations and upcoming PLM capabilities from PTC. - Domain knowledge in CAD (Creo & Catia) and Windchill. - Familiarity with domain-driven design principles and a passion for code quality and maintainable design, emphasizing clean code.,
