We are seeking a highly talented Wi-Fi Architect to join the Wi-Fi Engineering Group of a global networking leader. In this role, you will be driving the architecture, design, and development of next-generation carrier-grade wireless access points. These solutions will enable carrier and enterprise customers to stay ahead of the exploding demand for high-bandwidth applications and services.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a Wi-Fi Architect, you will:

• Lead architecture & design of advanced Wi-Fi AP solutions
• Work on Wi-Fi 6/6E/Wi-Fi 7 standards and beyond
• Collaborate closely with chip vendors and firmware/SDK teams
• Architect and develop modules in embedded RTOS and/or Linux kernel environments
• Drive technical innovation and mentor strong technical teams
• Push the boundaries of technology to deliver best-in-class solutions

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech/ M.Tech or Ph.D. in Networking, Wireless, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in embedded software development
• Strong Wi-Fi AP product knowledge with deep understanding of Wi-Fi standards
• Proven expertise in architecture, design, and development of advanced Wi-Fi features
• Hands-on experience with chip vendor firmware/target SDK & system-level architecture
• Track record of working in embedded RTOS and/or Linux kernel environments
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment

Pay: ₹7,000,000.00 - ₹9,000,000.00 per year
