About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and research-driven White Paper Writer to create authoritative, insightful, and well-structured content on sustainability, manufacturing, and industrial innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience translating complex technical topics into engaging, accessible, and credible narratives for senior industry audiences, policymakers, and business decision-makers.

This role will involve developing white papers that explore industry challenges, emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and technology-driven solutionssupported by data, case studies, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development:

  Research, draft, and deliver high-quality white papers (10–12 pages) addressing industrial challenges such as sustainability, circular economy, manufacturing efficiency, energy optimization, and regulatory compliance.

• Research & Analysis:

  Conduct in-depth research using secondary sources, including market studies, scientific publications, regulatory frameworks, and industry reports.

• Case Studies & Data Storytelling:

  Integrate real-world case studies, quantitative data, and technical details into clear, structured narratives.

• Thought Leadership:

  Position the company as an authority by producing forward-looking, solution-oriented content.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, sustainability consultants, and marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and industry relevance.

• Visual Support:

  Draft outlines for infographics, charts, and data visuals to enhance clarity and engagement.

• Editing & Consistency:

  Ensure all content follows a consistent tone, structure, and professional style aligned with global business communication standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  10+ years of writing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or sustainability domains.

• Writing Expertise:

  Proven ability to produce structured long-form content (white papers, reports, research articles) tailored to C-suite and technical audiences.

• Research Strength:

  Strong background in evidence-based writing, including the ability to interpret technical reports, sustainability data, and regulatory documents.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Familiarity with topics such as:
• Circular economy principles (reduce, reuse, recycle)
• Sustainability in manufacturing and plastics sectors
