Hewlett Packard Enterprise is the global edge-to-cloud company advancing the way people live and work We help companies connect, protect, analyze, and act on their data and applications wherever they live, from edge to cloud, so they can turn insights into outcomes at the speed required to thrive in todays complex world Our culture thrives on finding new and better ways to accelerate whats next We know varied backgrounds are valued and succeed here We have the flexibility to manage our work and personal needs We make bold moves, together, and are a force for good If you are looking to stretch and grow your career our culture will embrace you Open up opportunities with HPE, Job Description HPE Operations is our innovative IT services organization It provides the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customersoutcomes from their digital transformation Our teams collaborate to transform insight into innovation In todays fast paced, hybrid IT world, being at business speed means overcoming IT complexity to match the speed of actions to the speed of opportunities Deploy the right technology to respond quickly to market possibilities Join us and redefine whats next for you, What Youll Do We are seeking a highly experienced Documentation & Content Expert (L2) with 7+ years of expertise in technical documentation, content editing, and knowledge management The role requires ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all customer-facing and internal technical documents, proposals, and knowledge base articles The candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and professional documentation, Key Responsibilities Technical Documentation Create and maintain architecture documents, solution blueprints, runbooks, and user guides, Edit and refine proposals, RFP responses, and customer deliverables for quality and consistency, Ensure documentation complies with enterprise templates, branding, and standards, Content Editing & Quality Assurance Review technical content for grammar, formatting, and readability, Standardize terminology and ensure alignment across global teams, Perform version control and maintain a structured document repository, Knowledge Management Curate and organize content for internal knowledge bases, wikis, and playbooks, Collaborate with SMEs to capture tribal knowledge into reusable documentation, Support onboarding and training with high-quality content, Collaboration & Support Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to document evolving solutions, Partner with business and presales teams for bid/proposal content editing, Provide L2 support for documentation updates during project execution, Process & Governance Establish documentation standards, templates, and review checklists, Implement documentation workflows with approvals and quality gates, Drive continuous improvement in content lifecycle management, Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or content editing, Strong expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, Confluence, SharePoint, and Markdown tools, Familiarity with document automation, version control, and content management systems, Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language, Strong eye for detail, grammar, and formatting, Preferred Knowledge Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, and IT infrastructure documentation, Experience with DITA/XML standards, API documentation, or developer portals, Familiarity with proposal management tools (eg, RFPIO, Qvidian), Knowledge of AI-assisted content generation/editing tools is a plus, What You Need To Bring Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Technical Writing, IT, or related field, Preferred certifications: Certified Technical Writer (STC, Tekom, or equivalent), ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certifications (for process alignment), Additional Skills Accountability, Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Bias, Business Growth, Client Expectations Management, Coaching, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Centric Solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Design Thinking, Empathy, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity, Process Improvements, Product Services, Relationship Building {+ 5 more} What We Can Offer You Health & Wellbeing We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing, Personal & Professional Development We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are We have specific programs catered to helping you reach any career goals you have ?
