WhatsApp Integration Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled intern to assist with the integration of WhatsApp solutions into our business processes. As a WhatsApp Integration Intern, you will work with our development and marketing teams to implement, test, and optimize WhatsApp-based communication tools. Key Responsibilities:

1. WhatsApp API Integration:

• Assist in the implementation of WhatsApp Business API for communication workflows.

2. Automation and Chatbot Development:

• Support the creation of chatbots for automated customer interactions.
• Test chatbot functionality and ensure seamless user experience.
• Provide feedback on improving chatbot scripts and flows.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor the performance of WhatsApp campaigns and integrations.
• Collect and analyze data to improve engagement metrics.
• Generate reports on user interactions and recommend optimization strategies.

4. Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to understand integration requirements.
• Ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of API integrations and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Understanding of chatbot frameworks is a plus (e.g., Dialogflow, ChatGPT, or similar).
