Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in UKG/WFC Forecasting and Scheduling to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in workforce forecasting and scheduling within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or WFC (Workforce Central) environment. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to optimize workforce planning, ensure scheduling efficiency, and drive strategic workforce decisions. Primary Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement UKG/WFC Forecasting and Scheduling solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand workforce planning requirements. Analyze data trends and deliver optimized forecasting models and schedules. Provide guidance and support during system upgrades, enhancements, and daily operations. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth functioning of WFM systems. Create and maintain documentation related to configuration and system processes. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience with UKG/WFC Forecasting and Scheduling (minimum 5 years). In-depth knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across functions. Preferred Skills: Experience in implementing WFM solutions for large enterprise clients. Familiarity with other UKG modules is a plus. Experience working in hybrid environments.
