Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Configure and optimize WFM systems to meet manufacturing and field service labor requirements.
Integrate WFM tools with ERP, MES, HRIS, and time & attendance systems for seamless data flow.
Analyze historical production and field service data to accurately forecast workforce demand and plan capacity.
Develop automated reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics such as productivity, absenteeism, overtime, and compliance.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning and operational decision-making.
Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to automate scheduling and reduce manual workload.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for WFM users including planners, supervisors, and HR teams.
Maintain data accuracy and system integrations to enable real-time workforce visibility and responsiveness.
