VRB Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company focused on producing safe, high-quality, and innovative consumer products. With strong manufacturing capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement, we are expanding our quality team at our Neemrana plant.

Job Summary:

QA Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process quality checks during production and packing operations.
Verify and monitor GMP, hygiene, and sanitation practices across production lines.
Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials as per quality parameters.
Collect and analyze product samples for routine testing and record results accurately.
Maintain and update batch records, deviation reports, and quality documentation.
Support line clearance activities before production and packing.
Assist in handling non-conformities, CAPA, and product quality investigations.
Coordinate with production and QA teams for implementation of quality procedures.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and internal quality standards.
Participate in internal audits and assist during external audits and inspections.

Key Requirements:

Education:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
Experience:
2+ years in QA within FMCG / Food / Beverage / Consumer Products industry.
Skills:

Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and GMP practices
Good knowledge of product quality testing and documentation
Familiarity with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards
Attention to detail, strong observation, and reporting skills
Ability to work in shifts and coordinate with production teams
