Graphic Designer

What you’ll do here

• Create engaging designs for social media (grids, carousels, reels covers, stories, banners)
• Build high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
• Edit and design reels and short-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Develop brand identities and maintain strong visual storytelling for each client
• Work on multiple clients across industries while keeping each brand’s individuality intact
• Collaborate with social media managers, performance marketers, and content writers to deliver campaigns that actually perform
• Prepare layouts, campaign designs, and visuals that align with both creativity and strategy

What you must already know

• Proven

  2–3 years of experience in a marketing agency

  managing multiple brands simultaneously
• Complete command of the

  Adobe Suite

  : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, XD
• Skilled in

  CapCut & Canva

  for quick turnarounds
• Strong understanding of

  typography, layouts, and visual balance

• Ability to design with growth in mind, not just aesthetics
• Agency workflows: fast execution, revisions, and balancing quality with speed
• Knowledge of

  3D and Blender

  is a plus, but not mandatory

• Treat every client’s brand as your own—your work should never feel like “just another task”

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
