We’re Hiring: Female Training & Placement Officer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Female Training & Placement Officer to manage student training, internships, and final placements for our Hotel Management Institute. The candidate will act as a bridge between students and the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate industrial training and internships for students
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands
• Arrange campus placements, interviews, and recruitment drives
• Prepare students for interviews, grooming, and industry readiness
• Maintain placement records, reports, and employer feedback
• Guide students regarding career opportunities in the hospitality sector

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Experience in training & placement or hospitality industry is mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good industry connections with hotels and hospitality groups
• Presentable personality with mentoring ability
