Training & Placement Officer (Male Candidate – Hotel Management Institute

We are a reputed Hotel Management Institute dedicated to nurturing future hospitality leaders with world-class education and practical exposure. To strengthen our Training & Placement Department, we are looking for an experienced Training & Placement Officer who can build strong industry connections and ensure excellent career opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with reputed hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands for training and placement opportunities.
• Organise on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, internships, and industry visits.
• Guide students in resume preparation, interview techniques, and career counselling.
• Collaborate with faculty to align training programs with current industry trends and employer expectations.
• Maintain placement records and prepare reports for management.
• Represent the institute at hospitality networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

• Male candidate with proven experience in training & placement within the hotel management or hospitality industry.
• Strong network and connections with leading hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to mentor and prepare students for professional careers in hospitality.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
