📞 Process: US Healthcare – Inbound & Outbound Calls

What You’ll Do:

✔ Handle inbound & outbound voice calls

✔ Resolve queries with accuracy & professionalism

✔ Maintain call logs & meet performance targets

✔ Upsell/cross-sell services when required

Who Can Apply?

✅ Graduates (Freshers with excellent communication skills welcome)

✅ Candidates with prior BPO experience preferred

⚠️ Not Eligible – B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, Hotel Management & other specialized/technical degrees
