Lavishtag India Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fast-growing jewellery brands, is looking for a highly talented and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative and advertising direction.This is a Core Team position where you will directly shape the brand’s commercial ads, visual identity, campaigns, and creative strategy.🔍

Who We Are Looking For

Someone who comes from any of the following creative fields:

• Film Industry / Media Production
• Jewellery Designing
• Creative Arts / Visual Communication / Fashion / Design Industry
• Advertising, Brand Communication, or Content Direction
  

📌 Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a creative role (film, design, media, advertising, or jewellery creative direction).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability in visual storytelling, branding, and high-quality commercial content.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should have at least one of the following educational backgrounds:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Fine Arts
• Visual Communication
• Fashion Design
• Jewellery Design
• Film & Media Studies
• Animation / Graphic Design
• Mass Communication
• Any other creative field
  

(Diploma + 5 years of strong experience is also accepted)📌

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative direction for all Lavishtag commercial ads, campaigns, and promotional shoots.
• Work closely with the Core Team to shape the brand’s visual identity.
• Oversee creative strategies for jewellery collections, content shoots, and storytelling.
• Guide videographers, designers, editors, and creative partners.
• Ensure high-quality output for all digital and offline brand assets.

Location Requirement

Only Odisha-based candidates are preferred.Candidate must be willing to relocate to Rourkela (onsite role).Accommodation support can be discussed during the interview.
