Role Summary:

Responsible for managing and developing the wellness and spa facilities within a luxury farmhouse plotting project. Ensures premium guest experiences, smooth operations, and wellness-focused programs that enhance the lifestyle value of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa and wellness operations.
• Design and implement yoga, fitness, and relaxation programs.
• Manage staff, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and hygiene standards.
• Develop promotions and wellness packages to attract residents and visitors.
• Control budgets, monitor performance, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Hospitality, Spa, or Wellness Management.
• 5+ years’ experience in spa or resort management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Passion for wellness, nature, and sustainable living.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
