Wellness Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Therapist to provide a range of holistic and therapeutic treatments designed to promote relaxation, health, and well-being. The ideal candidate has expertise in massage therapy, body treatments, and wellness techniques, and delivers exceptional guest service in a calm, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of wellness treatments, including but not limited to massage therapy (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy), body scrubs, wraps, and holistic therapies.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or wellness programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment at all times.
• Educate guests on post-treatment care, lifestyle tips, and wellness practices.
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the treatment.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment history.
• Support other team members in delivering an exceptional wellness experience.
• Upsell wellness services and retail products where appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Certified Wellness Therapist / Massage Therapist with relevant qualifications (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or nationally recognized certification).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor with a strong focus on client care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• First aid certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Additional certifications in reflexology, aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Reiki, yoga, or other holistic therapies.
• Experience working in luxury spas, resorts, or wellness retreats.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Passion for health, wellness, and personal growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
