Wellness Therapist

The Wellness Therapist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional wellness treatments and services to guests, ensuring their relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of Naturopathy/wellness therapies, such as massages, facials, body treatments, Hydrotherapies, mud bath, plantain bath, packs & wraps, and other specialized services. It is essential to maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and technical expertise while promoting a tranquil and soothing environment for guests. Your responsibilities will include delivering treatments with precision and care, ensuring that each guest receives personalized attention and the highest level of service. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns, answering questions, and recommending appropriate treatments based on individual needs. Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in all treatment areas is crucial to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. You will need to adhere to strict hygiene protocols, clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces regularly, and follow all safety guidelines to create a clean and secure environment for treatments. Having in-depth product knowledge and the ability to recommend and sell wellness products to guests will be part of your role. Your expertise in product recommendations will enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to the success of the wellness center. Professionalism and teamwork are key aspects of this role.
