Job Description

As a Global Wellness and Resiliency Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving the global wellness and resiliency strategy in alignment with organizational goals and evolving business needs. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide wellness programs, crisis intervention protocols, and resiliency initiatives. It will be your duty to ensure alignment of local and regional wellness activities with global standards and best practices. Your role will involve overseeing and providing direction to regional and senior wellness managers, life coaches, and external clinical partners across all assigned locations. You will establish performance metrics and ensure accountability for wellness delivery teams globally. Additionally, you will lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of leadership within the wellness team, ensuring continuity and capability scaling. Collaboration with the Director of Research and Data Analytics for Resiliency will be essential for defining KPIs, analyzing wellness impact data, and informing strategic adjustments. You will utilize insights and trends to present actionable recommendations to executive leadership and clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring data compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all mental health reporting and program evaluations. In your capacity as the primary wellness representative, you will engage with senior leadership, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Presenting wellness strategies, outcomes, and proposals to internal and external audiences will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company values. You will play a crucial role in building collaborative partnerships across departments such as HR, Operations, LX, Recruitment, Legal, and Risk to embed wellness into core business functions. Setting organizational standards for emergency and crisis response protocols and guiding managers and coaches in navigating high-risk cases will be vital. Your commitment to ensuring timely escalation and professional referrals for critical incidents impacting teammate mental health will be integral. Championing innovation by integrating emerging mental health trends, digital wellness tools, and evidence-based practices into program design is another aspect of your role. Moreover, representing the company in industry forums, conferences, and professional networks to position the organization as a leader in workplace wellness will be expected. Continuous self-development is encouraged, and you will be expected to proactively seek programs and learning opportunities within and outside the company. Your expertise will be utilized to teach and transfer skills to the team. Providing individual and group coaching sessions using a prescribed approach and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics will also be part of your responsibilities.,
