Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wellness Journey Starter at Hyatt Regency Amritsar Hotel & Spa, located in Amritsar. The Wellness Journey Starter will act as a welcoming host to spa and wellness guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and rejuvenating. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with bookings and inquiries, providing information about wellness treatments, and ensuring all wellness facilities are properly maintained. The role involves excellent communication and guest service skills, ensuring a memorable wellness journey for all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest relations skills to provide personalized and welcoming experiences
• Knowledge of wellness practices and spa services to effectively assist guests with choices
