Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Welding Engineer based in Pune. While some work from home is acceptable, the primary responsibilities include developing and optimizing welding processes, conducting weld inspections, managing welding equipment, and ensuring welding process compliance with industry standards. The Welding Engineer will also collaborate with engineering teams to develop weld specifications, provide technical support, and troubleshoot welding-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in welding processes, techniques, and weld inspection
• Experience in developing and optimizing welding procedures and standards
• Knowledge of welding equipment management and maintenance
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and provide technical support
• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Diploma / Bachelor&aposs degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
