Role Description We are seeking a full-time Welding Engineer to join our team on-site in Madurai. The Welding Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving welding processes, supervising welding operations, conducting welding inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role also includes conducting research on materials and welding techniques to optimize productivity and meet project requirements. Qualifications Expertise in Laser Welding and Arc Welding techniques Proficiency in Welding Inspection and Quality Control processes Knowledge of Metallurgy and its applications in welding Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications Bachelor’s degree in Welding Technology, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) are preferred Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
