Job summary and key objectives
This position is required for Inspection and Monitoring of daily activity at Supplier place (Nashik)• Sheet metal• Structural steels• Air Filters

Role priorities

• Perform dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and weld visual inspection as per projectrequirements.• Perform and participate in various activities, including verification of raw materials,component assembly, NDT review, sandblasting, primer application, painting, HDGinspection, completeness inspection, packing inspection, and dispatch inspection as per thepacking list, BOM, and customer drawings/specifications.• Ensure the latest drawings are being used at the suppliers end.• Review welding documents such as WPQ, PQR, and WPS, and ensure they are properlyimplemented during fabrication.• Monitor project status at the vendor site and participate in daily and weekly online meetingswith the team to share progress reports and provide feedback.• Participate in stage inspections as well as final inspections with third-party inspectors (TPI)and customers.• Willing to travel for site inspections outside Nashik, if required.Know-how (Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge)• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.• 6–7 years of industrial experience in fabrication and mechanical production environments.• Strong knowledge of fabrication inspection processes.• Thorough understanding of technical drawings, weld symbols, and drawingnotes—particularly those marked as critical to quality.• Extensive experience in welding visual inspection.• Well-versed in industry standards and codes, including ASME, EN, and ISO.• Certified Level 2 in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods: RT (Radiographic Testing), PT(Penetrant Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing),
