Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team in Khopoli. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in various welding techniques and work with metal components as per engineering drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Arc (SMAW), and Gas Welding on different metal components like steel, stainless steel, or alloys.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up welding machines and tools as per project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and join materials using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure strength and appearance standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with the fabrication or production team to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and report any issues.
• Operate tools such as grinders, cutters, and clamps as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in welding within a manufacturing or fabrication setup.
