Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in welding, fitting, and grinding roles. Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding. Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a workshop environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in welding and fabrication.
