Job description:-

Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct research to understand their business and equipment needs .

Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

Collaborate with sales teams to create winning proposals for current and prospective clients

Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

Work closely with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed

Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations and stay current with industry news

Responsibilities

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects

Meet with client in order to understand the client's

objectives and desires

Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in

order to address client's needs

Prepare presentations for clients

Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed.

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Inspire repeat-business from clients

Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.

Monitor and measure client satisfaction.

Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.

Field work and Vendor management

Deals in Artist management , Décor management, entertainment management.

Responsible for planning and executing weddings as well as selling our wedding planning services or artist to potential clients .

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field

Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office suite

Strong creative and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to execute..

IMPORTANT:-CANDIDATE MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN TRAVELLING FOR DESTINATION EVENTS.
