This role supports all departments, handles office logistics, and acts as a key point of communication between staff, vendors, and management. Key Responsibilities: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for purchases and services. Support HR activities like onboarding, document collection, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities. Manage filing systems and databases, both electronic and paper-based. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks. Greet and assist visitors and provide administrative support as needed. Handle correspondence, packages, and mail distribution. Help in planning company events, meetings, and team activities. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
