Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or Business.
  
• 5+ years of experience in destination weddings/events/hospitality, including 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role.
  
• Fluent in Hindi and English; brownie points if you speak Gujarati, Marwari, or Sindhi.
  
• Proven experience in multi-crore wedding sales, vendor coordination, and large-scale event management.
  
• Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  
• Analytical mindset with strong revenue and conversion focus.

Candidates below 40 years preferred.
